Sound Your Voice – Lesson Terms (Single Lessons & Lesson Bundles)

To keep things relaxed and fair for both of us, the following terms apply to all bookings:

1. Booking & payment

• Single lessons and lesson bundles must be paid in advance and only become binding once payment has been received.
• All prices are listed in Euro (€).

2. Rescheduling & cancellation (48-hour policy)

• You may reschedule or cancel a single lesson free of charge up to 48 hours before the lesson start time.
• If you cancel/reschedule in time, you will receive one lesson credit of the same duration (e.g., 60 minutes) to use for a new booking.
• If you cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours before the start time (or you do not attend), the lesson is considered delivered and will be charged in full. No credit will be issued in this case — regardless of the reason.

How to cancel/reschedule:

• via my online booking system, or
• by email to contact@soundyourvoice.at (the time the email is received before the 48-hour deadline is what counts).

3. Tardiness

• If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Lost time cannot be made up.
• If I am late, you will of course receive your full booked lesson time.

4. Teacher cancellation

• If I need to cancel a lesson, we will arrange a make-up lesson at a time that works for both of us.
• If that is not possible, you may request a lesson credit.

5. Validity of credits & lesson bundles (6 months)

• All single-lesson credits and lesson bundles are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Lesson bundles must be used in full within their validity period.

6. Refunds & transferability

• No refunds: Purchased single lessons, credits and lesson bundles are generally non-refundable.
• Non-transferable: Credits/lesson bundles are not transferable to another person and cannot be applied to a different purchase.
• No partial refunds: Unused lessons within a lesson bundle are not eligible for partial refunds.

7. Statutory right of withdrawal (if applicable)

If you book online as a consumer (distance contract), you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you book a session within this period and you would like me to start providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, I will need your explicit request (confirmation during the booking process). I want to handle this transparently and fairly.
